GENERAL RESERVATION RULES
The user can use the boats by making reservations through the application. Reservations entitle you to use the boat at the following times:
from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ("Morning reservation")
from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. ("Evening reservation")
Reservations can be combined to a full day reservations, but this needs to be done 8 days before the reservation starts.
You are the captain of the boat, and you are responsible for the safety of the boat and the crew. The user must be in the boat at all times while it is moving. You must take care of the cleanliness of shared boats, refueling according to the rules, and proper mooring of the boat. If the boat is not cleaned properly, if it is not refueled in accordance with the rules below, or if the boat is not secured properly, a fee of €50 may be charged.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION
As a general rule, the user can cancel the reservation free of charge 24 hours before the start of the reservation. The reservation must always be canceled through the application. Possible boat usage fees are not refunded if the cancellation is made later than 24 hours after the start of the reservation. The cancellation fee for unused reservations is €50.
FUELING RULES
The user must always refuel the boat if the distance traveled during the trip is more than 20 nautical miles or if the boat has less than 50% fuel left at the end of the trip.
The boat is refueled so much that the level of the fuel tank exceeds the 50% limit, however, it is not necessary to refuel more than one's own consumption.
Negative balances are debited from the card with price of €2.5/L.
If the boat is not refueled according to the rules, the user will be charged a €50 fee.
POSSIBLE DAMAGE SITUATIONS
If the user notices any defects in the boat during the reservation period or something strange in the use of the boat during the reservation, this must be reported to the Skipperi application. If a fault prevents use, or if the boat or any part of it is stolen or lost, the matter must also be reported to Skipperi's on-call customer service number, which can be found in the application. This way we can ensure that the next user gets a boat.
In the event of an accident, the maximum deductible is €1,000, excluding a few exceptions such as damages caused under the influence of alcohol. You can see the list of exceptions in the contract. If the user does not report a damage by phone that prevents the use of the boat, Skipperi has the right to charge a €1,000 contractual penalty in addition to the deductible.
TERMINATION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION
This agreement enters into force when the user orders the service and is valid for the time being and the whole season. The user has the right to terminate the agreement until the beginning of the next season between 1.11. – 30.4.
